How does a suparator work?
Suparator® is the only oil separator that continuously keeps the oil content in the cleaning agent at a very low level. The system consists of two parts: a skimmer and a suparator unit.
The Suparskim® skimmer is mounted in the bath and moves with the liquid level. The skimmer is designed in such a way that the top layer is continuously skimmed off and the formation of an oil layer is prevented.
The skimmed top layer, with cleaning agent and traces of oil, is then passed through a Suparator® unit. In the Suparator®, the oil is collected, concentrated and then separated in a number of steps. The clean cleaning agent is returned via the bottom section.
