Oil emulsion separation for water reuse
Radiators coming out of production have to be tested for watertightness in test tanks. The problem with this customer was that the water in the test tanks became contaminated far too quickly with the adhering oil residue from the production process. This led to a high invoice for water consumption. By separating the oil present in the water of the test tanks, this water can be reused, which means a very substantial saving for the client. This oil emulsion separation is realised by means of ultrafiltration techniques for radiator manufacturer Termoteknik in Çorlu – Tekirdag, Turkey. Termoteknik is part of the Caradon Radiator Group, headquartered in the United Kingdom.
