DCM is a company specialising in the production of fertilizers, soil conditioners, … Fertilizers contain significant amounts of ammonia. During the production process of fertilizers, ammonia-loaded air is also released. This air is treated in a scrubber. The absorbed ammonia can then be reused in the production process, preventing the loss of valuable raw materials. This also reduces the environmental impact. The reuse of ammonia is a great example of circular economy in practice.<\/p>\n
Task installed a total of two gas scrubbers, for flow rates of 15,000 m\u00b3\/h and 47,000 m\u00b3\/h, respectively. These scrubbers were not equipped with packing, which avoids clogging of the scrubber. In this way, we created a very efficient and maintenance-friendly solution for this customer.<\/p>\n
