Certain production processes release hydrochloric acid in the flue gases. CMK Europe therefore opted for 3 gas scrubbers of 4,000 m\u00b3\/h each for hydrochloric acid removal. After this intervention, the emission limits for HCl were easily met.<\/p>\n<p>Hydrochloric acid (HCl) is used in many industrial processes and can release harmful fumes when stored or processed.
