Ce producteur de sauces, de salades et de plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s a opt\u00e9 pour une flottation DAF dans sa station d&rsquo;\u00e9puration. <\/p>\n<h2>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la flottation?<\/h2>\n<p>La flottation est utilis\u00e9e pour \u00e9liminer les huiles, les graisses et les solides en suspension des eaux us\u00e9es. La flottation consiste en un grand r\u00e9servoir dans lequel les eaux us\u00e9es p\u00e9n\u00e8trent et sont m\u00e9lang\u00e9es \u00e0 de fines bulles d&rsquo;air. Les bulles d&rsquo;air interagissent avec les particules \u00e0 s\u00e9parer et les font flotter \u00e0 la surface.
