Roto-Sieve drum screens are made to last. This unit has been removing plumes continuously since 1978, which is 40 years of faithful service in a chicken slaughterhouse. The brush and spray system have disappeared over the years. So cleaning is done manually once a day, but the unit still does what is expected of it. Even for the old Roto-Sieves, parts and wear parts are still available from stock from the central warehouse in Kalmar, Sweden. This applies to all models, from large to small and for all construction years. If required, we can overhaul your old unit head to toe in our workshops.
Sustainable design
Important to know, however, is that our Roto-Sieves are built so that spare parts replacement can be done quickly and easily by your own service technicians. Our Roto-Sieves are durable and made to last. So you save a lot on maintenance costs.
