Air treatment systems such as chemical gas scrubbers, bioscrubbers and biofilters usually require specific follow-up and maintenance. For this we can offer the following services:
- Periodic monitoring of the operation of your air handling system using various parameters (pH, conductivity, redox potential, temperature, humidity, etc.)
- Performing various measurements (both physical and chemical parameters)
- Simple lab analyses are performed in-house, so results are available quickly. For the execution and analysis of more specific sampling, we cooperate with specialized partners.

Inspection, maintenance and optimization of air purification systems
For air purification, a low-cost installation was often opted for in the past. Unfortunately, over time one often has to find that it no longer functions properly. It also often happens that the production capacity increases and the installation can no longer cope with this change. Then a thorough screening of the installation is recommended.
Screening of gas scrubbers
The purpose of a screening is to evaluate your existing scrubber. This includes measurements of pH, redox and conductivity, among others. We then look for an appropriate solution to increase your efficiency. It is not always necessary to opt for a completely new installation. An optimization or renovation of the current installation can often achieve the necessary objectives. As far as possible, the existing elements are retained.
Replacing packing and internals
The correct choice of the packing and other internals of a scrubber is specialist work. The choice is very decisive for the proper functioning and efficiency of your installation.
A clogged or compressed packing is detrimental to the efficiency of the gas scrubber. We provide replacement of the packing and other internal elements. Are you having problems with your current scrubber? If so, be sure to contact us and we will look at your options with you.
Heat recovery coupled with air purification systems
Most types of air scrubbers are optionally equipped with a heat recovery system. The recovered heat can be used to heat process water. Such a heat recuperation system allows significant savings in energy costs. Of course, we also realize this modification in the context of optimizing an existing air scrubber installation.
