Test installation for water treatment
For complex wastewaters, a test installation can provide relief to test theory against practice. All parameters and details must be right for an optimally functioning installation. Measuring is knowing: a thorough analysis and possibly prior testing offers the fastest way to an optimal result. The tests give the customer as well as ourselves a guarantee as to whether or not the desired results will be achieved. There are several possibilities:

Often lab-scale tests are already sufficient to be able to record a fairly precise prognosis in terms of consumption, etc. The analysis of measurements and tests are largely carried out in our own lab, so test results are quickly available.

Our working method
Of course, we do not engage in preliminary testing for every installation. Often our years of experience in water treatment are sufficient to quickly understand the correct technique. But sometimes an interplay of components present, production conditions, chemicals used, etc. can confuse the theory. If the lab tests and analyses still leave room for doubt, then an on-site test installation is appropriate. Such an installation is usually made available on a rental basis.
TASK closely monitors the test installation. After the tests, an evaluation follows to discuss the results and possibly a full-scale project proposal. Performing such pilot tests gives both ourselves and the customer important insights regarding the success of the project.
